Cookie policy

A short note on cookies.

We keep this small. We do not run advertising cookies. We do not sell your data. The only non-essential cookie we use is HubSpot analytics, and it only fires after you accept the banner. If you reject the banner, none of it loads.

What is a cookie

A cookie is a small piece of text a website asks your browser to store. Cookies let sites remember things between visits, like whether you accepted the cookie banner or whether you are signed in to a portal. They are essential to a lot of how the web works. They can also be used for tracking, which is the part regulators and users rightly worry about.

02

Cookies we use

This site uses two categories of cookie.

  • Strictly necessary. Used to remember your cookie choice (so we do not show the banner every time) and to keep your session active on the client portal at /process once you have unlocked it. These are always on. Without them the site does not work.
  • Analytics. HubSpot tracking that records page views and identifies you to your contact record if you submit a form or unlock the portal. This only fires after you accept the cookie banner. If you reject it, no HubSpot script loads.
03

Cookies we do not use

To make the boundary explicit. We do not use.

  • Advertising or retargeting cookies.
  • Third-party social trackers, including Facebook pixels.
  • Any cookie that sells or shares your behaviour with a data broker.

Changing your mind

You can change your cookie choice at any time. The easiest way is to clear this site's storage in your browser settings. The next time you load the homepage, the banner will reappear so you can choose again. We do not store anything that requires us to be involved to revoke.

On most desktop browsers: settings, then privacy, then "clear site data" for io-atelier.com. On Safari mobile: settings, then Safari, then advanced, then website data, then remove io-atelier.com.
