A fit-out across three floors of a confidential technology occupier's Barcelona office. The design takes the city's landscape as its material brief: earthy vineyard ochres, cool marine blues and craggy ceiling baffles that echo the mountains while providing acoustic depth. Natural stone with red-clay flecks, bottle-green accents and gently rippled plaster each reference local geology. Arriving here, staff and visitors know precisely where they are.

Barcelona was the first project at which i/o process, the precursor to i/o spark, was presented as a capability in its own right. The fundamentals were established, the R&D was substantive, and the timing was aligned: a global technology RFP where the studio was confident the tools could carry the room. The presentation was made on the edge of what had been delivered to that point, and the decision to position it as such was deliberate. The client understood the value proposition. The project was awarded. The principle confirmed here: when the tooling is ready, name it and present it as work. The work becomes its own evidence.
