InterContinental Residences

A long-stay residence in Doha, designed in close correspondence with the adjacent InterContinental Hotel and developed for an international expatriate occupancy profile. The five-storey building offers eight room types, ranging from two- to four-bedroom configurations, each with private balconies. The interior design maintains material continuity and spatial quality with the hotel, while addressing the distinct demands of residential occupation: privacy, storage, domestic scale and durability across daily use. Every element, from the reception and corridors to the secondary lobby spaces, was developed as part of a single, coherent design exercise.
