A branded residence in Riyadh's Diplomatic Quarter, designed for international guests on extended stay. The five-storey development offers accommodation ranging from two- to four-bedroom units, each with private balconies overlooking the quarter. The design operates within Marriott's established framework of material quality and spatial proportion, while responding to the particular character of the Diplomatic Quarter as an address: restrained, considered, international without being anonymous.
