A luxury hotel and private villa collection on the Omani coastline. The design is grounded in local craftsmanship, building materials and spatial traditions, brought into dialogue with the contemporary expectations of international guests. Cultural heritage is not applied as decoration; it informs the proportion of rooms, the selection of materials and the manner in which light enters the buildings. The result is a destination that reads as distinctly Omani, in the most specific sense.
