Waterfront Hotel

A large-scale master development in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi, designed for Emiratis seeking a second home on the water. The community is structured around direct access to beach and waterways by boat and personal watercraft. The design scope covers the interiors of staff accommodation, mosques, sales centre and community centre. The development also incorporates a wellness hotel, with dedicated spa and recovery facilities occupying the upper two floors.
